Scope of Service
Performance Surgeons provides one-time technical diagnostic audits of Google Ads accounts.
Diagnostic Only: Our services are strictly diagnostic. We identify wasted spend, technical errors, and structural inefficiencies. We do not manage, edit, or alter your live campaigns.
Implementation: You are responsible for implementing the changes we recommend. We are not responsible for errors made during your implementation of our advice.
Client Obligations
To perform the audit, you must grant us "Read-Only" access to your Google Ads account.
We will never request "Admin" access.
You agree to provide access within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so may result in a delay of your service.
Delivery Timeline
We commit to delivering your Technical Implementation Ledger (Excel/PDF) within 48 Business Hours of receiving valid access to your Google Ads account.
Business Hours are defined as Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT).
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Limitation of Liability
Our audits are based on historical data and industry best practices. While we aim to reduce waste and improve efficiency, Performance SGN Ltd makes no guarantees regarding future profitability, conversion rates, or ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Google Ads performance is volatile and subject to platform changes.
You assume full responsibility for any changes made to your account based on our recommendations.
Intellectual Property
The audit report, "Technical Implementation Ledger," and any proprietary frameworks provided are for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our reports without our written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy
We respect your data. Your Account ID and personal info are used solely for the purpose of the audit and are never shared.
