All sales are final. Once a technical audit report has been delivered to your email address, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after the service has been rendered.

Cancellation Window

We understand that mistakes happen. You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

• You contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

• AND we have not yet commenced the audit work on your account.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

• You disagree with the technical findings of the audit. (Our reports are objective, data-backed diagnostics).

• You fail to implement the recommendations provided.

• You do not provide access to your Google Ads account within 7 days of purchase.

  
  

Service Failure

If we fail to deliver your audit within our guaranteed timeframe (48 business hours after receiving account access) without prior notice, you are eligible for a partial or full refund upon request.
